PAHIATUA SALE. Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd., report having held their Pahiatnasalein the P.F.A. yards, when they offered a yarding well above the advertised numbers. Our entry was mainly composed of hoggets, and though bidding was brisk, prices realised were not up to the expectations of the vendors, a number of lines being passed in. We quote:— Hoggets, 8s 2d, 9s, 12s, 14s to 14s 6d; 4 and 6-tooth ewes, 12s to 12s 6d; ewes and lambs, 183, 19s to 21s; cows in calf, £3 12s, £3 14s to £4 2s.
