CARDINAL MORAN'H OPINION. Received October 18, 10.25 a.m. SYDNEY, October 18. Cardinal Moran, addressing bis congregation, said the Portuguese Government was in the hands of sectaries and Freemasons, who left nothing undone to Etir up the irreligious in the country, and to thwart the religious tendencies of the faithful.
