FALL OF A CAGE. THREE MEN KILLED. ' Received October ly, 0.50 a.m. BERLIN, October 17. While a cage containing] thirtyfive men was descending in a Westphalia mine, the controlling cable broke. Three of the men in the cage were killed m the fall, and twelve others seriously injured. The corresponding ascending cage was violently jerked upward, and all the men in it were injured.
