MILLIONS WORTH OF PROPERTY. DESTROYED. TOWNS ON FIRE. RIGHTS OF WAY"STREWN WITH CORPSES. (Rec. This Morning, 12.20 o'clock.) VANCOUVER, October 8. Great forest fires are sweeping Northern Minnesota (north of United States) and Western Ontario (Canada). Property worth millions of money has been destroyed. The townships of Beaudette and Spooner are on lire. The railway rights-of-way are strewn with the corpses of those who were trying to escape. Thousands are homeless, and hundreds have perished.
