MEETING At UREYTOWN.

Mr§ J. C. Cooper, ot Masterton, Chairman of Directors of the Wellington Farmers' Meat Company, met a number of suppliers to the Greytown Cheese Factory yesterday morning, and discussed with them the proposal to establish the pork and bacon business in connection with the Waingawa works. After his address, Mr Cooper was asked a number of question?, which he answered t) the satisfaction of those present. A request was made that a copy of the prospectus be forwarded to the suppliers. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded Mr Cooper, and gen-, eral approval was expressed of the proposals he had submitted.
