The Turkish-Roumanian Treaty is generally credited. The Journal des Debats, of Paris, declares that it would be suicidal of Turkey to castin her lot with the Triple Alliance, whose ambitions are in the direction of Salonika. . The Daily Mail characterises the flouting of Russia as Young Turkey's first mistake.
