Received September 14, 9.30 a.-n. WASHINGTON, September 18. Mr Lawience Murray, United States-Comptroller of Currency, in an-address delivered to an„audience of bank supervisors, declared that week banks had been forced into liquidations prevent big overdrafts, which in June laajt totalled no Uu a Mr Murray adds that his office wags unable to control this condition i of affairs.
