Many of ihe speakers opposed granting the Executive full powers until the issue has been clearly stated. PERTH TRAMWAYS STRIKE SE I'ILED. « Received September 9. 11.80 a.tr. PERTH, September 9. The tram strike has been settled. The Premier and the Leader of the Opposition arranged a compromise. The full service will start to-day. The terras of settlement have not been disclosed.
