A GAY LOTHARIO. AND BIS MISTRESS. Received Last Night, 8.40 o'clock, MESSINA, September 9. A postal clerk named Marulio has committed, some extraordinary jewel frauds fay means of a system whereby valuable goods, payable on delivery, were tampered^lwith. During two years he has defrauded the Government of £40,000. He installed his mistress, Eva Messra, in an aristocratic villa in Messina, and provided her with every luxury. This aroused the suspicions of the postal authorities. Jewels valued at £SOOO, packages, and bank notes were four.d in Messra's boxes. Both have been arrested.
