THOMPSON-PAYNE PICTURES.
At the Forester's Hal! to-night the new film arrangement made by Mr Payne will commence, All future programmes will consist of picked subjects to arrive by direct mail from the Home markets, and after passing censorships in Messrs Thompson and Payne's laboratory, will be forwarded to the various places of entertainment under the .firm's control, Masterton being the first, town in which they will be exhibited. Among the series to be shown to-night will be "An Indian's Horrible Kevenge," with enough thrilling incidents |to satisfy the most exacting. "La Savelli" is a beautiful Paths art film. "Saved by Her Dog" sbowsliow canine sagacity saved a young lady from a very critical position. "From Shadow to Sunshine" is by the Vitograph Company, and as their work has always proved popular, this subject should not prove an exception. "Wrestling, "A Laundry Mark," "Playing Truant," "Sudden Wealth," "Lover's Stratagem," "Mr Tulley's Triumph," "Trip to Gembiock, Victoria, by Train." and "Betty and the Fireworks," are a few of the other titles included in this series.
