CLOSER SETTLEMENT IN THE WAIRARAPA.
SUB-DIVISION OP THE CASTLEPOINT ESTATE. MILES OF SEA FRONTAGE. It ia announced that the Castlepoint station, which comprises 16,535 acres, and is situated to the east of Masterton, is about to be sub-divided and placed on the market. The property is at present carrying one sheep to the acre, and one thousand head of cattle. When It is subdivided the productivity of the estate will, it is expected, be considerably increased The eetato has miles of sea front age, and is one of the healthies. sheep stationß on the East Coast. Mr W. H. Cruickshank, of Masterton, has been authorised to effect the sub-division s»nd sale. He is acting in conjunction with Messrs W. and H. Turnbull and Co., of Weii lngton.
