It is understood that the Castlewhich comprises 16.535 acres, and is situated to the east of Masterton, is about to be aub-divided and placed on the market. The property is at present carrying one Hheep to the acre and one thousand head of cattle. When it is subdivided the productivity of the estate will, it is expected be considerably increased. Mr W. H. Cruickshank, of Master--1 ton, has been authorised to effect the subdivision s»nd sale.
