WAIRARAPA RUGBY UNION.
A meeting of, the Management Committee of the above Union was held at Carterton last Saturday evening, Mr A. B. Chartersjpresiding. In reply||to an enquiry from Manawatu DnioD, aB to a suitable date for the match at Wairatapa, it was decided to suggest; Saturday, September 17th. The Union agreed to play Wairarapa on Saturday, September lOtb. It was decided to play the match' at Carterton. The North v. South Wairarapa junior match is to be played at Carterton on Saturday next at 2 p.m. The Wellington Union wrote stating that Saturday, September 24th, was available for a match with Wairarapa at Wellington. Consideration of the letter was held over till next | meeting. Several suspensions were passed. The match, Wairarapa Juniors v. Wellington Juniors, will be played at Wellington on Saturday, September 17tb, as a curtain raiser to the Can-terbury-Wellington senior match. The representative match, Otagu v. Wairarapa, will be played at Carterton next Thursday.
