PRICE OF FOOD IN FRANCE. (Received September 2, 10.7 a.m.) PARIS, September 1. The General Confederation of Labour has put up placards in Paris and the provinces, inviting the workers to boycott sugar, wine, and meat-vendors until prices fall, and in the meantime to deal only with co-operative societies.
