NICARAGUA.
Received Last Night, 9 o'clock. LONDON, Auguts 31.

By this it says the Central American Republics are pledged to non-interference in their nsighbours' troubles. Formerly, the inevitable sequel to disturbancas in one State was the embroilment of all. The'paper adds that the policy of Mr Knox has triumphed, and the disturbances have been confined to the bounds of Nicaragua by a strong display of force.
