The list of cases set down for hearing at the sitting of the Supreme Court in Masterton next week is not a very long or a formidable one/Appended are the details:— Rex v. William Hammington, charge of indecent exposure. Sheridan v. Sheridan, divorce; Messrs Gawitft and Logan for petitioner, Mr C. A. Pownall for respondent, and Mr G. H. Cullen for co-respondent. Miller v. J. Smith; an appeal against a decision ofjthe Magistrate's Court in a case of keeping liquor for sale in the No-License area; Crown Prosecutor, Mr A. R. Bunny, for appellant and Mr C. A. Pownall for respondent. Li Chi v. Official Assignee, a summons against the Official Assignee to show cause for not recognising a preferential claim; Messrs oilings and Pragnell for claimant, and Crown Prosecutor for respondent.
