The convention fnr cha annexation of Korea by Japan has been signed, and will be proclaimed on Septembr 13th.
Great Britain, though cognisant of w.iat is going on, does not object politically. It ia una'la to outline what the cnmmrc'al effect will be until the conditions accompanying tne annexation are published The German lovernment considers the annexation the natural sequence of events. The economic conditions will be discussed in the forthcoming negotiations for a* commercitl treaty between Germany and JapaD.
