A NEW AUCTIONEERING FIRM.
MESSRS FINNEGAN AND BUSH ELL. By announcement elsewhere it will be seen that a new auctioneering firm has commenced business in Masterton, Messrs Finnegan and Bushell having taken over the well-known auctioneers' business of Messrs J. McQueen and Co., of this town. Both partners hail from the South Island, and being young and energetic, they intend to conduct the business on the most up-to-date lines. Mr Dan Finnegan is very widely known in commercial circles in Dunedin and Christchurch, and he brings with him the reputation of being a popular, capable and highly respected business man. Mr Bushell is also favourably known in Christchurch, where he successfully engaged in business for a considerable time. In a growing and progressive district like this, there is undoubtedly scope for enterprise in auctioneering, as there is in other branches of business.
