(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last.Night. The Kev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast are as follow: Very changeable weather has been experienced generally, with westerlies strong to gale, and especially at night. The barometer has continued lower in the South, until to-day, and it has fallen steadily in the North. Present indications are for rain in most parts of the country, northerly winds will probably prevail northward of East Cape and Kawhia, and southerlies elsewhere. The barometer will probably fall in the North, and rise in the South. There will probably be a storm off East Cape shortly
