j At the Town Hall on Monday evening a return visit to Masterton will be made by the Caledonians. Speaking of the perfrman.ee of the company a contemporary writes: —"We have seen the Scailet Troubadours, and were much impressed with tneir undoubted musical and instrumental powers, but the 'Jaltdoniaij Company —which is composed of eleven firsiclass artists—has well earned the reputation of being the liveliest and brightest of shows ever presented to a New Zealand audience." Since last visiting oere toe management has secured a large selection of new songs, dances, and music, being very fortunate in securing the services of several new first-class artists, and are now in a position to put before the public a progamnoe of a in >st excellent qual ty. The box plan for the peiformance may be seen at Misd Rive's.

"Gold is not All" gives a graphic description of class distinction in America, showing lif* in the rich dwelling, and the poor but contented home. "A Lesson by the Sea" shows how woman's indescretion nearly wrecks a happy home. This series of films will be shown at the children's frt-e matinee today, 'and for the last time to-night.
