The Peace Conference held a single day's sitting, and carried a resolution condemning Austria's action with respect to the Balkans, discussed the Finnish, Jewish, Polish and Armenian prohlems, approved a proposal by Dr. Richter, of the Sorbonne, Paris University, for fixing a day for all countries on which every man and woman would be asked to expend a penny in an automatic machine registering his or her vote in favour of peace or war.
