STOCK MARKET
Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held their usual .sale at their Martinborough yards yesterday. Stock did not come forward cp to advertised numbers but they have to report practically a total clearance. They submitted a very nice line of 500 odd 4, 6 and f.rn. ewes in lamb at 16s Id, and the quote other lines as follows: —Fat wethers, 15 3 2d; 4, 6, and f.f.m. ewes in lamb, to 16s Id; fat heifers, £6 10s; cow in milk, £7 ss, 1 bay gelding, £9.
