PLAGUE AND CHOLERA.
Received August 3, 9.45 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 3. Residents of Odessa are fighting plague and cholera. A detachment of expert ratcatchers has been formed to destroy rodents. Miners are succumbing to cholera in the pits at Sonetz.
