FATAL EXPLOSION.
SEVERAL DLATHS RECORDED. Keceived August 3, y.45 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, August 3. An explosion occurred on the Russian torpedoer Kronstadt, and six men were killed and fourteen injured.
PARIS, August 3. When a submarine mine at Toulon was being lifted into a launch it exploded and killed two and wounded several others.
