COMPLAINT OF PRODUCE MERCHANTS.

Produce merchants are complaining that the Victorian Government's certificate is no guarantee of quality. They state that second and third grade produce has arrived accompanied by a first-grade certificate, and they have decided to ignore the certificates.
Victorian merchants reply that this is part of concerted action against the grading ayst m.
