TROUBLE AHEAD.
BULGARIA AND TURKEY. GROWING BITTERNESS. Received August 1, 10 a.m. SOFIA. July 30. In Bulgaria, there is a growing bitterness against Turkey. Many refugees allege Turkish illtreatment of Bulgarians and Mace donians in connection with disarming operations. Bulgaria threatens mobilisation of her troops; meanwhile six Bulgarian bands have entered Macedonia with the object of stirring up an insurrection.
