ARREST OF A SUSPECT. Keceived August 1, 9.2 C a.m. NEW YORK, July 31. Joseph Wendling, a school porter, has been'arrested in San Francisco on a charge of murdering Alma Kellner, an eight-year-old child. (At the end of May last trie body of the little girl, the daughter of a wealthy brewer, was found buried in a cellar below St. John's School at Louisville, Kentucky, It was terribly mutilated. The police at once commenced a search for the school porter, who had been missing since January 12th. It was at first believed that the child had been kidnapped, and the parents offered large rewards).
