SYDNEY. July 25.
Cardinal Moran, discussing the Coronation Oath, intimated that the loyalty to the Throne was independent of any oath. The King was obliged to make a .declaration..that was not only offensive to Catholics, bit implied a far-reaching insult to the Sovereign, as it assumed him tc be a possible liar, by making him declare that he hnd not received the Pope's dispensation.
