WEDDING.
A quiet wedding took piace at the residence of Mr F. E. Groube, at Waingawa, on Thursday afternoon, the contracting parties being Ernest Robert, youngest son "of Mr William Whiteman, sawmiller, Admiral, to Priscilla, youngest daughter of the late William Kinsr, rf Masterton. Groube, and was unen.-ed by Miss Violet Carlson and little ha t I » j Groube, niece of the bridegroom, us bridesmaids, Mr Alex McKenzie, of Longbush, being best man, , The service was conducted by the Rev. Raine, of Masterton. A most enjoyable dance was held in the schoolhouse in the evening.
