NINTH AJNNUAL CONFERENCE. OPENS TO-DAY. The ninth annual Dominion Conference of New Zealand Farmers' Union opens in Wellington this morning, in the headquarters, in'the National Mutual Buildings. Mr J. G. Wilson, Bulls,: the Dominion president, will occupy the chair. Among those who are expsctedto be presant are—-Messrs G. W. Leadley, Wakanui, vice-president; J. C. Vjooper, Masterton; J.
