THE SHOP WORKER.
MUCH NEEDED Received June 5, 11.10 p.m. LONDON, July 5. Mr Winston Churchill will introduce a Bill forbidding shop assistants to work more than sixty hours, or after eight o'clock more than three evenings jo a week. The Bill also provides for a universal weekly halfholiday as promised, and if it is not opposed is sure to be passed this session.
