MANCHURIA.
RUSSOJAPANESE AGREEMENT SIGNED. Received Jnne 5, 11.10 p.m. PrtRIS, Jjlys. The journal Des Debats states°that the Russo-Japanese agreement has been signed. It guarantees the status quo iu Manchuria, and provides that if the agreements which , Russia and Japan have concluded with Chin? are manaced, the parties may concert measures for their defence. The journal regards the agreement'as the final answer to China's|attempts to regain a predominating position in Manchuriu.
