A MAN ARRESTED.

AUCKLAND, July 2,

At morning the police arrested a man named Charles Tucker in connection witn the affray in the Waitemata Hotel]which resulted in the death of John , Mason Price. Tucker, when arrested, was about to enter his residence in a side streeufoff Newton-road. He was afterwards brought before the Police Court, pleaded not guilty,"and was remanded fol eight days. Accused isji bigXman, 6ft lin in height, and about 28 years of age.
