WAIRARAPA HUNT CLUB.
Many onlookers lined the road on the occasion of the Wairarapa Hunt { Club meet at Ciarevilie on Thursday , ! afternoon, and they were highly pleaeed with the spoit. The throwoff took place at Mr W. Howard ' Booth's, the pack following through ' the property having a check half way. The run sn far was about a mile and a half, in the course of which about ten fences were taken. The scent being again taken up, over a different course, led back to Carrington House, where afternoon tea was hospitably dispensed. Those taking part in the run were:—Messrs C. F. Vallance on Dreamy Daniel, C. J. Bennett en Glsam o' Dawn, who laid the drag; S. Bunny, huntsman, on Prospectus, F. B. Vallance, whip, on Country Girl; J. O'Biien, wdip, on Wildfire and Yeast; Tui Tilson, piaster, on Kapid; W. J. Verr.on on White Cresent, P. Tilson on Operation, L, B. Vallance on Garry, D. Baird on Kaimoe, F, A.. Delier on Continuance, F. Hercock on Clovial, W. C. Delier on.Kyra, J. C. Warrington on Adieu, G Warrington on Tommy, C. Williams on Ravtn, H. Skeet on Blie Bell, C. Bickneil on Loman, W. Bicknell on Paddy, H. Burns on Sylvia Maid, 11. Falloon on Frolic, G. Hunt on j Country Girl, K. Strang on Lady , Marquis, A. Kennedy on Nedra, G. . Allen on Traylock, C. Cadwallader , on Vivasic, C.
