PAHIATUA NEWS.

Tuesday. Mr Thonaa3 Welch, who has been at the Pahiatua railway station for the past two years, left for Hastings yesterday, where he has been transferred. He was presented by the railway staff with a case of brushes, and the carriers of Pahiatua also made bim a presentation for his uniform courtesy daring the period he has been on duty there.
