United Press Association —By ISlectric Telegraph Copyright. NEW STORK, June 21. On the eve of the New York Legislature's special session, Mr Hughes vetoed appropriations totalling £940,000. The items veto id were largely intended to benefit certain members of the Legislature, whose votes were wanted by the "Bosses" against the Governor's primary election measure. It is now expected that a satisfactory measure will follow.
