The Prince of Waled birthday is mentioned in a number ot Arbitration Awards as a holiday to be rigidly observed. But as there is at present no Prince of Wales in existence tho birthday of young Prince Edward, which falls on June 23rd, to-morrow, does not come within the scops of the Awards, and need not be observed by employers, unless they specially desire to do so.
