STEAMER ON FIRE.
Received June 8, 11.30 a.m. BRISBANE, June 8. A fire .started last night in the general cargo in No. 5 hold of the steamer Australia, lying at the wharf. Latest reports show that the fire is still burning. Received Juoe 8, 12.30 a.m. BRISBANE, June 8. The flr« on the Australia has now b( v. fcxiitiyuished. It originated in toe cop?!' among the general cargo.
