WOMAN'S TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association. TIMaRU, May 31. This afternoon as the express train from Timaru was running into Temuka a woman named Mrs Fiides, was riding towards the railway on her bicycle. She either did not see the train or becpme confused and rode on to the line. The train crashed into the bicycle, which was thrown about two chains further along the line. The woman was carried on the front of the engine to the next crossing were the train wasgstopped, and Mrs Fiides taken from her perilous position. She is very seriously cut about the head and face, and is conscious. It is not yet possible, however, to atate the foil extent of her injuries.
