5 FOUND GUILTY OF ARSON. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 30. At the Supreme Court to-day Eberhardt F. Kenner, in whose case the juries disagreed at two previous trials Vjis tried a third time rn a charge of arson at Wadestown. Having no funds to pay for counsel the accused conducted his own case. He/was found guilty, and sentence was deferred t\\l Wednepday.
