The winner of any rac? after the declaration of weights shall be liablo to be re- handicapped to the Jimit of— (a) In flat races a further 101b for one win, and 61b for every additional win. (b) In hurdle races a further 101b for one win, and 71b for every additional win. RULES & REGULATIONS. 1 All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Otaki, with name of horse, age, name of owner and trainer, and colours of the rider. 2 Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing by first mail. 3 The stewards reserve the right to alter the date or time for receiving nominations or acceptances, or declaration of weights, as they may deem fit. 4 All races to be run under the Rules of Eacing,' as adopted by the New Zealand Racing Conference.
