STEALING PIANOS.

FALKINEK FOUND GUILTX

Edward John Falkiner, telegraph operator, was found guilty on twelve charges of the theft of pianos from Messrs Webb and Co., Auckland, and not guilty on five charges of forgery. The jury, however, found that Falkiner had acted on .'orged agreements, knowing them to be forged. Sentence was deferred until Monday.
