Friday. A meeting of the programme committee of the South Wairarapa Poultry Association was held this afternoon, when a letter was read from the North Island Association in reference to show dateg- It was decided that the dates for the show beWednes day and Thursday, July 20th and 21st. The programme was revised, and several special classes for working homer pigeons were added. Already several special prizes have been premised. In connection with the forthcoming social to be held by the local Oddfellows' Lodge, m honour of the centenary of the Ordar, it has been decided to issue invitations to the various lodges in Carterton, and to the Oddfellows' Lodges in the Wairarapa. P.G.M. Bro. D. P. Loasby is "to be invited to give an address on the benefits of Oddfellowship during the evening. Mr Wheatley is to succeed Mr b\ Hedgman as representative for the Singer Sewing Machine Company in Garterton.
