The question or taking further proceedings in connection with ing of the late Michael Q.jirke by Herry Overton during the Pawelka soare has been engaging the attention of the Minister for Justice.
It is understood that the Inspector ot Police at Palmerston North has been called tpon to report fully on the circumstances, and as to whether there is any justification for putting Overton on his trial on a charge of manslaughter.
