MINERAL PROSPECTING CO., LTD.
PROSPECTORS' REPORT. A meeting of the directors of the Wairarapa Mineral Prospecting Company, Ltd., was held in Mr R. Brown's office, yesterday. There were present: —Messrs A. Henderson (Chairman), G. W. Seller and M. Caselherg. Mr Robinson, solicitor to the company, was in attendance, and handed in tne certificate of incorporation and annual license of the company. Shares were allotted to all whose applications were in order. It was decided to hold the statutory meeting on Friday, 20th May, in the secretary's office. Sundry accounts were papsed for payment and routine business transacted.
The prospectors reported having broken camp for the season. Their, report was handed in with a diagram of the country prospected, showing., the position of each camp, the creeks on each side of the river, and the nature of the country met with. Two very fine waterfalls were met with. The Mitre Peak is shown to the south, and northwards is the Miki Miki divide.
