NAVY BILL.

PASSED THIRD READING

United Press Association—By Electric Telegrap Copyright. Received April 21, 11.15 p.m. OTTAWA, April 21.

The Canadian Naval Bill has been read a third time by 111 votes to 70, Mr Fielding expressed a doubt as to whether they could build a navy in Canada. He would not say this should be done regardless of cost, but if it could be built at a fairly generous advance upon British prices the ships should be built in Canada.
