AH UP-TO-DATE PROPERTY LIST.
From Messrs Husband and Pinch, land and estate agents, Woodville, we have received an interesting and quite up-to-date property list. Comprised in the desirable list, for which Messrs Husband and Finch are the agents, are sheep, dairy and agricultural farms, and general businesses. Both members of the firm are well experienced and give careful advice as to buyers. Asa matter of fact, however, a number of bargains are advertised because the price of land generally in the Dominion is on the up grade, and therj is no doubt that the demand must still increase as population becomes greater, and as the soil through one cause and another becomes more productive, any investor who seeks either to establish himself in business or to put his money into land, would do well to communicate with Messrs Husband and Finch.
