GRAIN DESTROYED BY FIRE.
By Telegraph—Pres3 Association. ASHBURTOiXI, April 19. Two stacks of cats sheaves, containing approximately a thousand bushels of grain, the property of Mr John Cochrane, were totally destroyed by fire at Elgin yesterday. It is supposed the fire was caused by a spark from an engine driving a machine which was about to commence threshing the grain.
