— ■*—— CASE KEFERRED TO ARBITRATION. ' By Telegraph—Press Association. EKETAHUNA, April 19. An alleged slander case, Walsh v. Turnor, was withdrawn at the last sitting of the Supreme Court at Palmerston North, and it was agreed between the parties that the case should be settled by arbitration. The arbitrators, Messrs Westlake (for Walsh), and Messrs Cbennellsand Pauling (for Turnor), met at Eketahuna yesterday, and agreed that Mr G C. Summerell, manager in Mastertonfor Levin and Co., should be appointed reieree. The whole of the evidence in the case will bs taken at Pahiatua, on 28th April.
