The dead body <)f a girl, named Murphy, was found under a bed in a boardinghouse at Toowoomba. The'room had been unoccupied for a fortnight, "and the landlady bad shut it up tightly. She decided to fumigate it with hydro-cyanic acid, and when the room was opened the body was found. It is quite a mystery how the girl entered the room.
